Competitive Match 3 Battles

MagePop! is a quick paced Match 3 Game battler with a full story, an unlockable cast, and online pvp either through quickplay or friend codes! (Ranked tbd)

Strategize carefully and master the combos for each of the unique characters to destroy the competition, and track your accomplishments with full match history and earnable achievements! Line up 4 of any color to cast it's associated spell, or 5+ for an ultimate version with additional effects! 

With 3 different difficulties, 6 playable mages, and multiple game modes I hope you will have a lot of fun with what I have here, ask me to play PvP in quickplay

Controls

Drag a gem onto its neighbor, or click one gem and then the other. Esc pauses. Keys 1–8 send quick-chat in online matches.

Made by NuclearViber. Some sound effects by Kenney (CC0). AI assistance and guidance (I'm a coder not an artist). If enough people found it fun, I'd hire a real artist

Game Status:

This project is a proof of concept and may receive further updates/changes as it moves forward, and multiplayer will only be enabled for as long as people are still trying it!  PvP servers are on for the foreseeable future.
